If the same drain blocks every spring or autumn, it's almost always root ingress at a joint. Cutting alone won't fix it — we cut, line, and warranty the repair.
Why drains attract roots
Even tiny gaps at pipe joints leak moisture and nutrients into surrounding soil. Tree and shrub roots grow towards that moisture and exploit any opening they can find. Once inside, they form a mat that catches every passing piece of debris.
Our process
- CCTV survey to locate every entry point
- Mechanical cutting head to remove the existing mat
- High-pressure jet wash to clear debris
- Patch lining over each entry joint to seal it permanently
- Post-repair CCTV so you can see the finished result
