Pricing questions

Is there a callout fee?+

No. We don't charge to come out and look — even at 2am. We'll assess the job on site and give you an honest estimate of time and any equipment needed before we start.

How do you charge?+

We work on a half-hourly labour rate. Most straightforward blockages are cleared within the first half hour. If we need longer, or specialist equipment like high-pressure jetting, we'll tell you before anything extra starts.

Can you give me an exact price before you start?+

We can give you a realistic estimate based on what you describe, but drainage work is often unpredictable until we're on site. We'll confirm the rate and any equipment charges before starting — no surprises.

Is VAT extra?+

Yes — we quote ex-VAT to keep comparison with commercial pricing clean. Domestic invoices show VAT included.

Do you take card on site?+

Yes — card, bank transfer or invoice for commercial accounts.
